What is your return policy?

Can I install the extension myself at home or do I have to go to a professional workshop?
You can install this extension yourself at home. Assembly is very simple; you can watch a video summary on our website. After purchase, each customer receives a DETAILED video with step-by-step instructions on how to install the extension in their camper.
When will I receive my order?
Each part is manufactured to order for a specific vehicle model. Production takes a maximum of 14 business days, and shipping takes approximately 7 calendar days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured entirely in Europe. Each unit undergoes rigorous quality control after manufacturing and before being sent to the customer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.
Do you ship to all of Spain?
We do not ship nationwide. Currently, we only ship to mainland Spain, excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Do the parts come painted or ready to paint?
They are supplied in a raw laminate finish, sanded, ready to be painted in the exact color of your vehicle body.
What material are the extensions made of?
They are made of high-quality fiberglass, which guarantees great strength, durability and lightness. They are delivered with a gelcoat finish (usually white or black), ready to be painted or vinyl-wrapped to match the color of the van.
Do they generate wind noise or affect fuel consumption?
They have an aerodynamic design that follows the lines of the van, so the increase in fuel consumption is minimal and they do not produce annoying wind noise when driving at highway speeds.
Are modified fenders required to be approved to pass the vehicle inspection?
Yes. When modifying the exterior dimensions (width) of the vehicle, the installation of these parts requires a technical homologation project and their inclusion in the vehicle's registration certificate during the technical inspection (ITV). You don't have to worry about the ITV. We help our clients homologate the vehicle after the expansion is installed. We will contact our partner, who professionally handles the entire vehicle legalization process after the changes.
